- Registration will close on-line on Friday March 6 at noon and will open again in person at the Hyatt Regency Calgary.
- Registration will also be available on March 8 at noon, and 9 & 10 at 7:00 am on.
Plenary Speaker and Workshop Sessions (Stay tuned for upcoming Events!):
- Sunday Afternoon sessions from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, student reception from 7:00 pm– 9:00pm.
- Monday all day session: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Tuesday all day session: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Workshops:
- Choose three workshops from our list of sessions. Workshops will be held on Monday March 9, 2026 starting at about 8:00 am;
Reception, Banquet and Monday Evening Program:
- There will be an AWC reception on Monday, which will give you plenty of time to network before the evening program and banquet. This is included in your AWC registration.
Meals Included in your AWC Registration:
- On Sunday: Coffee only
- On Monday: Welcome continental breakfast, coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee, reception (cash bar) and banquet
- On Tuesday: Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch.

*Taxes are applicable to all registration fees with the exception of government fees.
**NOTE: Register 6 or more delegates at one time to get the group discount. Individuals who register at full rate independently will not be later added into the group at the group rate. So get your group of 6 or more together before registering individuals. More delegates can always be added to the original group once it is started.
Photo Release:
The conference will be recorded and photographed at the discretion of Advancing Women Conference, Iris Meck Communications and Farms.com. Your registration and attendance at the event signifies your permission to utilize your image and/or likeness or words spoken or written about the Advancing Women Conference in printed and online reporting of the event in future promotions for perpetuity. No limitations or restrictions apply.
