Room rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to local fees and taxes (7.9% LF+T) and includes a $2.00 Municipal Accommodation Tax. Promotion Fee (PF). Both the room rate and the PF are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). For single or double occupancy; triple and quadruple accommodation when available is at an additional rate of $25.00 per person. Children under the age of 18 stay free in the room with an adult, and rollaway beds are available at an additional rate of $25.00 each.

Travel to AWC EAST 2023 in comfort!
Here is an easy way to get from the Toronto Airport and surrounding airports to AWC in Niagara Falls – easy, in comfort and safely!
We have negotiated a discounted travel rate with Niagara Air bus that can take you from the airports to Niagara Falls. You simply need to go to www.niagaraairbus.com – at the beginning of the booking page, you will need to insert this 487 where you see Conference/Promo code – and your discount will automatically be calculated as long as the code is entered. We have negotiated this code to be valid for travel from November 12th – 30th, 2023 to allow ample time to travel before and after AWC WEST 2023.
