AWC WEST delegates in 2015 wanted the program to have more time to network, feature and profile more young women in the industry, time to discuss issues with our expert speakers and visit the exhibits. So we are extending the program and adding some new features to the event!

The program will start Monday March 28, 2016 at 1:00 pm with a coffee reception and registration. Be sure to have lunch before you come so you are charged up and ready to go! The program will start with a coffee reception including coffee, tea, and something a little special to go with your coffee! The formal program will start at 2:00 pm with afternoon feature speakers to open the conference. At 5:15 pm we will hold a reception which will give you plenty of time to network before the dinner. The banquet dinner and evening program will start at 7:00 pm.

On Tuesday the program will start with breakfast at 7:00 am, followed by a speaker program commencing at 8:00 am. The day will include coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon, and lunch. The program will end by 5:00 pm to allow for travelling delegates to catch evening flights. But do take time make all the connections you can before you leave!
