Delegates came from New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Illinois and California to be inspired and network. One month prior to the conference we had about 425 followers on Twitter, today 825 women are following AWC and networking amongst themselves. We ranked 4th with our hashtag on twitter on Tuesday afternoon! Conclusion – women can network. Comments since the conference have been overwhelming with positive feedback on all aspects of the conference, with some great ideas and suggestions to make the next AWC a greater success.

Likely sending other employees from the company next year so all can experience the conference.

It’s a great way to meet the women who face the same challenges as you at big ag shows. It’s great to have a woman’s view on everything.

Most valuable to be surrounded by accomplished positive women! Info and inspiration to take back to our regular working routine; to think differently to impact our daily chores.
– Shannon K., Two Hills, AB
This is a great opportunity to learn from great, powerful women in Ag and other industries. Sometimes it can be easy to forget all the possible connections we can make, so getting into a room with 570+ women really helps!

I find it inspiring and rejuvenating to be at a conference celebrating powerful and successful women in our industry.
